The OUTSIDER is the first installment in the CounterCulture Series. It tells the story of an OUTSIDER who arrives in a foreign land to discover a new sound. A sound that would announce his return to his home land and attract the oddities needed to create his vision. Through dark nights in a self imposed isolation, the OUTSIDER explored portals that would help him uncover the path to the FLOW that he had been searching for. But along the path, he had to face many obstacles, from inner demons that have lingered to the feelings of growing apart from his roots. At a crossroads, the OUTSIDER has to make a choice, to find a way to forge on or be haunted by the question “what if?”

ON THE EDGE is the third installment in Shel the Philosopher’s CounterCulture Series and serves as the follow up to LUCY. OTE picks up a year later as Shel begins to establish himself in a changing music scene. Surrounded by his oddities, he has returned to his home with one Mission, to create The SHOW. A hybrid style that blends together multiple genres that would announce a new player in the game.  But as the Outsider was gaining momentum and successfully juggling multiple personas, he fell into an abyss. While in the depths, he was finally able to take a break. But only for 24 hours. Because once the sun goes back down, the Outsider will acquire his 7 deadly sins, and head back ON THE EDGE with her.
